SERVICE TERMS

1. Your accepted quote controls the work

The exact scope, price, payment schedule and timeline for your project are whatever your accepted quote says. If anything on the website conflicts with your accepted quote, the quote wins.

2. Starting prices are not final quotes

Any price shown as "starting at" is a minimum, not your final price. Final price depends on complexity, add-ons and timeline, and Mia confirms it with you before you pay. Nothing is charged at a starting price before Mia approves your scope.

3. Payment and when work begins

Payment is made securely through Stripe using the schedule shown in your quote. Work begins only after payment (or the agreed first payment), a complete intake, and all required assets from you.

4. Revisions and out-of-scope changes

Each service includes a set number of consolidated revision rounds, shown on your quote and on the service page. Revisions are for refining the agreed work — new directions, added deliverables or added scope are quoted separately.

Typical defaults: AI Twin 7–10 business days / 2 rounds. AI Influencer 10–14 business days / 2 rounds. Viral Reel 3–5 business days after complete assets / 1 round per reel. AI Mini Movie — timeline set in the quote / 2 rounds. 30-Day Plan 3–5 business days / 1 round. Instagram Makeover 7–10 business days / 2 rounds. ManyChat 7–14 business days / 2 rounds. Landing Page or Funnel 10–14 business days / 2 rounds. Offer + Funnel 14–21 business days / 2 rounds. Viral Audit 5–7 business days, one correction or clarification request within 7 days. Business Buildout 4–6 weeks after kickoff and complete assets, 2 consolidated rounds per major phase.

5. Delays pause the timeline

If Mia is waiting on your assets, answers, approvals or access, the timeline pauses for that period. Rush work is quoted separately.

6. Refunds and cancellation

These are custom, made-to-order services. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

If Mia cancels a project or a portion of work she has not performed, she refunds the amount paid for that unperformed work.

Strategy calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be treated as delivered.

7. No guarantee of results

Mia does not guarantee views, followers, reach, sales, conversions or income. Results depend on your market, offer, consistency and factors outside her control. Mia does not advertise a money-back guarantee or satisfaction guarantee.

8. Your content, likeness and consent

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including photos, footage, brand assets and any person's likeness. You authorize AI processing of those materials for your project.

Deceptive impersonation of real people, and any illegal or platform-violating use of the deliverables, is prohibited. Mia may decline or stop work that appears to breach this.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

Your intake answers and uploads are stored privately and are visible only to Mia and the systems used to deliver your project. Mia never asks for social media passwords, card numbers or secret API keys in a form — if account access is needed, secure collaborator access is arranged separately after your quote is accepted.

10. Usage rights

Once your project is paid in full, you may use the final deliverables for the purposes described in your quote, including commercial use where the quote says so.

Mia retains her underlying tools, prompts, templates, workflows and processes, unless your quote says otherwise.

Portfolio use is optional and never assumed — it applies only if you tick that box yourself.

11. Limitation of liability — marked for attorney review

DRAFT: To the extent permitted by law, Mia's total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and she is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. This clause is intentionally flagged for attorney review before publishing.
